Feed the Hungry San Miguel Expands Food Relief Programs in Rancho Nuevo de La Rosa, Gto.
Rancho Nuevo de Santa Rosa, Gto – December 4, 2024, – Feed the Hungry San Miguel is proud to announce the expansion of two vital food relief programs in the community of Rancho Nuevo de la Rosa, Gto. The Early Childhood Nutrition program and the Food Extension program are set to enhance food security and nutrition for families in the area, impacting a total of 18 families and 9 young babies and toddlers.
Rancho Nuevo de la Rosa, a community rich in culture and resilience, is located approximately a 40-minute drive from our warehouse. The introduction of these programs aims to address the pressing challenges of food access and nutrition faced by the residents. By providing essential food supplies and nutritional support, Feed the Hungry San Miguel is committed to fostering a healthier community and ensuring that young children receive the nourishment they need to thrive.
The Early Childhood Nutrition program focuses on providing balanced and nutritious meals for infants and toddlers, helping to lay the foundation for a healthy future. Meanwhile, the Food Extension program works to distribute essential food items to families, assisting them in meeting their daily nutritional needs.
